WONDERS OF THE COSTA BLANCA: JAVEA AND THE SAN ANTONIO CAPE

Come and spend an incredible day enjoying this fantastic coast! The impressive cliffs, the lighthouse, the sea, the beaches, the city of Javea with its charming old town are waiting for you!

Itinerary:

- Departure to Javea in the morning.
- Upon arrival we will start the hiking route to explore The San Anotnio Cape (low difficulty).
- At the end of the route we will have time to visit the old town of Javea and its beaches.
- Return to Valencia.

We are going to visit one of the best known and most touristic places in the Valencian Community: Javea (or in Valencian language Xàvia). It is one of the jewels of the Costa Blanca. Its coast mixes sandy beaches, stone ones and cliffs and caves.

But before entering the town we will get to know its impressive surroundings with a beautiful and simple hiking route that will take us along the beach and through the port to see the cliffs and the lighthouse of Javea with incredible views of the cliffs and the Mediterranean Sea.

After seeing all these beautiful viewpoints we will arrive at the historic center, perhaps the least known but most beautiful part of Javea. Formerly it was walled to protect itself from pirate attacks. Today we will visit its small streets and historical places such as the Parroquia de San Bartolomé and its surroundings, with a medieval layout with narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched portals, Gothic windows and wrought iron grills.
