On the way back to Valencia we will visit in Port Saplaya – know for its beaches and unique urbanizm and this is why it is called by tourists as a "Little Venecia".
This village belongs to the municipality of Alboraya therefore is known as "the cradle of horchata" or "fountain of horchata" for the great tradition that has this drink in town and fields of chufa nearby.

Horchata is a refreshing drink (as well a dessert), prepared with water, sugar and mashed groundnuts (or ground) plus this ingredients that make its flavor, such as cinnamon and lemon peel. We can enjoy this typical drink of this land in the village bars called HORCHATERIA.
