Happy Erasmus is part of the HAPPY group that began its initiative organizing trips, excursions, leisure and experiences for foreign students since 1994. The governing body made up of several individuals has remained unchanged since 2006, going through various administrative and legal requirements to reach what it is now, since 2017 the initiative takes the form of a Limited Company. The company continues to grow, learn and polish its activities every day in order to provide the best experience to its customers.

The corporate purpose of the Company is the commercial activities of travel agencies such as the reservation of passenger seats for all types of transportation, the reservation of rooms and services in hotels, the organization of combined trips, 1-day excursions, guided tours, various activities, leisure, and, in general, everything that is directly or indirectly related to the expressed purposes and, expressly, to the exclusive operations of travel agencies. The main activity of the Company is that of a travel agency, which is carried out in national territory.
