You can purchase CANCELLATION INSURANCE provided by the insurance company ARAG.
IT IS AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE THAT MUST BE HIRED THE SAME DAY OF TRIP BOOKING OR THE NEXT 7 DAYS.
The insurance only covers the reimbursement of the trip payment up to a maximum of € 600 or € 300 (based on the maximum amount of travel you have purchased) and only in justified cases included in the conditions.

Once your insurance is contracted your original document is at your disposal in Happy Erasmus.
In case of loss, you must appeal to the Insurance Company. Happy Erasmus can advise you with the steps to follow, but it is the Insurance Company that takes responsibility and gives the resolutions of each specific case. However, from Happy Erasmus we will do everything possible to help you.
